Before and After-school Care
Need a safe, caring, stimulating place for your children to go after a long day at school? The YMCA School Age care program is operated by highly trained staff who will provide your child(ren) with a variety of activities including cooperative games, arts, free choice centers and self esteem builders. Homework time is provided daily with assistance from staff as needed. We also serve an after school snack provided by the Wood County School System. We follow the Wood County School schedule starting the first day of school and ending on the last of day of school.

Early Dismissal Days
The YMCA provides care on 2 hour early dismissal days for Wood County Schools. Parents are responsible for transportation to the YMCA. The YMCA will only transport children from Madison, Emerson, and Worthington Elementary on early dismissal days.
