MEMBERSHIP ID CARD POLICY
All members are required to present their Y member ID card upon entering the facility. Lost cards may be replaced for a$3.00 fee. Your card is your passport to the YMCA.
ASSOCIATION GUEST POLICY
Day passes may be purchased at the customer service desk. Photo ID may be required for appropriate ages. Consult front desk staff for additional information.

AWAY POLICY
Many YMCAs across the United States participate in the AWAY program which allows members to use their local membership to access other Ys for a limited time. Members with AWAY cards are permitted to use the ParkersburgYMCA facilities for 12 visits on an annual basis. After the twelfth visit, AWAY members must purchase a guest pass.
REFUND POLICY
Class fees will be refunded 100% if cancellation is made 24hours prior to the first class. After the first class a letter ofcredit will be given to be used for another YMCA program. No refunds will be given after the second class. Parents’ Night Out program is nonrefundable. Membership fees are nonrefundable. Exceptions may be made in the case of seriousillness, injury, or job relocation, through the MembershipDirector.
TERMINATION POLICY
Y membership termination requires a 30 day notification.Member must complete an exit survey. These surveys are located at the customer service desks and can be faxed if needed.
YOUTH POLICY
All children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. Youngsters between the ages of 8-9 may be in the pool and gym area without adult supervision,but their parents must still be in the facility. The Y’s fitnesscenter is for those members 15 years of age or older. Members 11-14 years of age may take the Youth Strength Training course and use appropriate areas upon completion.
